On Wednesday, June 29th, JAMF Software will be making changes to the encryption protocols used by JAMF Cloud's load balancers. This is being done in order to remove older, less secure protocols, and to enable newer and more secure replacements.

For the majority of our customers, this change will not cause any interruption in service. However, customers who are running JAMF Distribution Server (JDS) instances of version 9.6 or older must upgrade their JDS instances to version 9.61 or newer to ensure continued JDS functionality. We recommend upgrading the JDS to the version that matches the JSS version in use. The JDS installer (all versions) can be downloaded at https://my.jamfsoftware.com/products.html

If your JAMF Cloud hosted JSS is older than version 9.61, or if you have any other questions, please contact JAMF Support for more information.
